My History of Necromancy: Lessons from a Life Between Worlds
A Livestream Class with André Consciência
at in Shadow
Join us for a rare and intimate workshop inspired by André’s personal account of visions, possessions, ancestors, lineage, and spirit work.
This first of three planned workshops explores necromancy not so much in its ritualistic aspects but as a familiar and cultural path of danger and wonder. From childhood hauntings and inherited gifts, through possession and exorcism, to shamanic and magical mastery, participants will be guided with reflective exercises to explore their own encounters with the dead, the ancestors, and the deep world.
Lessons from a Life Between Worlds draws on André Consciência’s autobiographical text My History of Necromancy (Sabbatica).
Come ready to engage with your own story, learn lessons of protection and initiation, and see how necromancy is a current flowing through life itself.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, being both reflective and experiential, and holds as themes
- Childhood dreams as thresholds to the dead
- Family, possessions, exorcisms, and inherited gifts
- The role of ancestors and cultural lineage
- Spirit allies, familiars, and the seduction of power
- Protection, boundary mastery, and ethical practice
- Shamanic initiation and integration of the “ancient ones”
- The living memory of place: menhirs, cromlechs, and sacred landscapes
- Your own “psychic house” as a gateway to the dead
