Lauren Hellekson, known on social media as Lauren Haunts, is a published author, paranormal researcher, equipment developer, and experiential educator whose work lives at the intersection of the technical and the supernatural. With a lifelong passion for exploring both the unseen and the mechanical, she brings a rare blend of scientific curiosity, creative engineering, and esoteric inquiry to everything she does.

Her fieldwork has taken her across the globe—from ancient ritual sites in India, Israel, and Ireland to haunted American landmarks—where she has investigated the relationship between consciousness, environment, and unexplained phenomena. A builder at heart, Lauren began tinkering with vintage IBM computers and motorcycle engines in childhood, and she now channels that drive into developing uniquely designed paranormal equipment inspired by Victorian occult aesthetics and modern energy theory.

In addition to leading workshops and lectures on supernatural investigation and DIY tech, she recently launched a public installation called The Resonance Chamber at Ohio’s Madison Seminary—an immersive research environment created to study how states of consciousness may influence or correlate with paranormal experiences.
