Christina Wilke-Burbach, PhD, is a Spiritual/Transpersonal Psychologist, Anthropologist, Death Witch, Death Doula, Deathwalker, Psychopomp, Psychic, Poisoner, Occultist, Cemeterian, and works full-time for one of the largest deathcare companies in the United States. She is a High Priestess with The New York City Wiccan Family Temple. Her specialty is working with the dead. Christina works exclusively with chthonic and Underworld Deities from many paths and pantheons. Her ministry and craft focus on death and dying, guiding souls to the otherworld, facilitating communication and messages between the dead and the living as a medium, leading séances, paranormal investigations and clearings, performing death rites and funerals, helping people with their death wishes and plans, writing obituaries, supporting green burials, and arranging funeral flowers. She also created and facilitates a Cemetery Gardening Club and a Grief and Bereavement Support Group.

Christina is also a Master Gardener, Herbalist, Level 2 Certified Aromatherapist, Gardening Instructor, Botanical Artist, and Natural Perfumer. She specializes in Poison Gardens, Heirloom Gardening, Gothic Gardening, Graveyard Gardening, Carnivorous Plants, and Gardening for the Dead. Christina has over 28 years of higher education and experience in psychology, spirituality, magick, the occult, and metaphysics. Based in the Midwest, she operates Mind, Soul, and Self LLC.

She holds a PhD in Health Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Cultural Anthropology, a minor in Sociology, and training in Transpersonal Psychology, having studied under Dr. Stan Grof, the founder of the field. Christina is a Reiki Master Teacher, Ordained Minister, Archetypal Astrologer, Awakening Your Light Body graduate, and a Psychic. She is a published author and award-winning researcher and holistic healthcare provider. She formerly taught at the Institute for Intuitive Arts and Sciences in Madison, WI. Her specializations include Transpersonal Psychology, Spiritual Awakenings, Spiritual Emergencies, Possession, Shadow Work, and Psychic Development.

Christina is the host of the podcast Garden Goth, a show inspired by the Victorian era and the rise of Spiritualism, séances, and the occult. In the show, she dives deep into the psyche and explores the duality of life and death. Topics include gardening, nature, spirituality, magick, witchcraft, the occult, death/dying/rebirth, the supernatural, and the paranormal. She is also a contributing author to The Gray paranormal magazine and hosts LUNACY!, a monthly full moon magick group.
